In 1908 The Trade Publishing Company incorporated in Rahway, New Jersey "to do a general printing, publishing and stationery business”.

It appears that this company only published one T. S. Arthur authored book: "Ten Nights in Bar-Room". The cover format has been seen with other books indicating that this format is part of a publisher's series. A Christmas 1907 inscription points toward a late 1907/early 1908 publication.

This volume includes the E. Foote Upham line drawn illustrations seen in many of the post-1900 reprints of this title.
