Columbian Publishing Company, Philadelphia

This almost unknown Philadelphia publisher printed the Columbian Library in 1890. In its list of twenty books there are two T. S. Arthur titles.

#4. Death-Dealing Gold; or, The Miser's Fate
#19 The Mystery of Woman: What She Can Do

The books are paperbacks and cost 25 cents each. Lithographed covers.

Since Arthur died in 1885, these books are obviously reprints of previously published books. "Death Dealing Gold" was previously published as "Nothing but Money".

At this time the original title of "The Mystery of Women" is unknown.

As an aside, I have yet to see a book from this series.
